Acoustic technique is detect contains’ pressure or vacuum degree through small deformation (even no degree of deformation) of the ends, like beer bottle、coffee powder can、canned juice、jarred condiment etc. Sound probe emits high energy magnetic pulse on the top end of every container. Pulse shocks the end and makes a sound like “tok”, this sound has the direct relationship with pressure or vacuum of the container. After measurement and judgment of this sound, the containers which exceed the set reject limit value will be eliminated.
The sound probe is used in the non-contact online detect leakage. Acoustic technique could detects metal can、glass bottle and so on.
Working steps：
1. Container passes the electric eye will trigger the photon beam of electric eye.
2.When container passes the sound probe, probe emits high energy magnetic pulse on the center of the end.
3.End makes a sound “tok”.
4.After measurement and judgment of this sound, the containers which exceed the set reject limit value will be eliminated.
