The principle
The empty cans enter into the can-in dialing plate by the can-in convey hook chain,the falling caps device detect the cans and fall caps down and send cans to the corresponding dialing plate hole seat, the indexing CAM take the dialing plate into filling head position, the can support device support the cans under the mechanical CAM action and support the caps and press the pressure head, the PLC detect the signal of the can support tray in place, the motor driving pressure head shaft take the cans rotating.The first and the second roll wheel under the cylinder action one and after seal, after sealing the two roll wheel leave off, the can support move down to the can-out plane, the can-out dialing plate take the sealed cans out to the can-out convey.
