This machine is suitable for filling and seaming the can (tinplate) of non-carbonated beverage such as juice, tea, protein drink and canned food, The capacity is 50-400 cans per minute.
The machine is divided into two positions：filling and sealing. The filling part is using the normal pressure filling method. The liquid level is controlled by the liquid level filling principle. Both normal temperature filling and high temperature filling can be adapted. Also, the double - wheel progressive sealing method is used.
The Seaming Principle：
After the empty cans pass the conveyor and separated by enter-in cans screw, it goes into the filling machine with the drive of the dial plate. Can supporting device under the effect of the cam bring the cans open the filling valve so that the beverage from the filling barrel can go into the cans. After the filling process, the cans will be sent to the cap falling-down device by the hook chain. After the cap falling-down device can detect the cans, it falls cap down, and deliver the can to the seaming machine. Then the cans supported by the plate and are sealed. Finally it is delivered by the conveyor.
